  • Fruit flavored drinks
  • Herbal drinks

How do we know if we already get enough water in the body?
One simple way to find out is to do a test of urine. When the urine is clear or yellow colored, it is likely the body is already getting enough water. Whereas if the urine is dark yellow or thick, then increase it the amount of fluid intake is healthy for the body.

What are the symptoms of dehydration?
Dehydration occurs when the body loses too much fluid or not getting enough water. Dehydration symptoms are as follows:
  • Dry mouth
  • The thirst
  • Dizziness
  • Headache
  • Feel weak
  • Low blood pressure
  • Inability to swallow dry food
  • Difficulty talking
  • Dry skin
  • The skin is swollen and cracked when pinched
  • Fever is characterized by weight loss, dark-colored urine, and the onset of fatigue in the muscles.

  • Try to eat fruits that are rich in water like a watermelon.
  • Paste a wet cloth on the body especially on the neck, face, back, chest or abdomen.
  • Reduce the causes of dehydration such as vomiting, diarrhea, or fever.
  • Apply lip balm on your lips dry.
  • Lay the coolers, ice, drinks and healthy with short distance so that the body gets more comfortable conditions.
Contact your doctor if the body is experiencing symptoms such as below:
  • Vomiting, diarrhea or fever that lasts for more than 24 hours
  • Very dark urine color
  • The inability of the body to urinate a lot for more than twelve hours
  • Feeling dizzy or lightheaded when standing up
  • Increased heart rate
